Sarah Runyon

Sarah Runyon has served as a member of the Colonial Fox Theatre Foundation Board of Trustees since 2014.

Originally from Burlingame, KS, Sarah moved to Pittsburg in 2007 to attend Pittsburg State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Technology degree with a major in commercial graphics.  She served four years as an employee of the Colonial Fox Theatre Foundation, first as a student intern and later as the public relations and marketing director. Sarah now holds the position of Public Information Manager for the City of Pittsburg.

In addition to serving as a trustee for CFTF, Sarah has previously volunteered for multiple community groups, including the Downtown Advisory Board marketing committee, Pittsburg Area Young Professionals, SEK Art Fest Board and Little Balkans Days Festival Board. Her passion for downtown Pittsburg, the history of southeast Kansas, and the arts, fuels her love for the Colonial Fox mission.
